Hi! My name is Robert Van Horn (pen name “Charles R. Crane”), and I’m very excited to be the Managing Editor for the Star :)

I'm a first-year Creative Writing major and I've always wanted to participate in something similar to this club, which is why why my partner and I founded it this year, as well as because of the lack of student driven news media at Ringling. Personally, I like writing short stories and poems more often, but I’ve dabbled in journalism a time or two. I look forward to writing thought provoking, current events stories, as well as about student life on campus! ✮
